Advertising Terms & Conditions (“Conditions”)

Please read these Conditions carefully as they govern the provision of a digital advertising package by us to you. We may modify these Conditions from time to time, and you should therefore ensure that you review these Conditions regularly.

In these Conditions, “we,” “us,” or “our” means Camper Motive Ltd. When we refer to “Camper Motive Ltd,” this includes the website located at www.campermotive.co.uk, and all other Camper Motive Ltd platforms, including mobile and tablet, and the Camper Motive Ltd Apps owned and operated by us.

These Conditions apply to any adverts that are placed, renewed, and/or amended until that advert expires or is amended or renewed.

1. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

These Conditions apply to any advert for the sale of a vehicle that is placed on Camper Motive Ltd by a private advertiser or dealer, and together with all other policies and terms posted on the Camper Motive Ltd website, set out the terms on which we enter into a contract with you to provide you with access to our platforms and services.

By placing an advert with us, you are deemed to have accepted these Conditions. Each time we accept a request from you to place an advert on Camper Motive Ltd, a separate severable contract is formed between you and us, which is subject to these Conditions.

2. PLACING AN ADVERT

When you place an advert on Camper Motive Ltd, you will be given a username and password, which you are responsible for keeping secure. Camper Motive Ltd will not be liable to you if you fail to keep your username and password safe. Unless caused by our negligence, we will not be liable for any loss you might suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to your account.

You agree that the information supplied with your registration will be truthful, accurate, and complete. You also agree that you will not attempt to register in the name of any other individual nor will you adopt any username which is offensive. All personal information supplied by you as part of the registration process will be protected and used in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

If we accept your advert, whilst we cannot give any guarantees regarding timescales, we aim to process and publish adverts supplied online within 24 hours of receipt.

Adverts placed may appear on all Camper Motive Ltd platforms, including desktop, mobile, and tablet, and all third-party social media platforms on which Camper Motive Ltd is active.

3. ADVERT CONTENT GUIDELINES

1. Each advert may only feature one vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle to sell, you will need to place a separate advert for each vehicle.
2. We are only able to display one advert for each vehicle at any one time.
3. The Camper Motive Ltd website is solely for the advertising of motorhomes, campervans, and touring caravans. No other vehicle types can be advertised on this website. Final decision on the vehicle type is at the discretion of Camper Motive Ltd.

We reserve the right to remove any advert that breaches these Conditions or any applicable legal or regulatory requirements, without prior notice and without refund.

4. YOUR PROMISES TO US

You confirm that:

• You are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to sell it.
• All information provided by you in connection with the vehicle is accurate, truthful, and complete.
• The vehicle is located in the UK.
• The advert complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not post duplicate adverts for the same vehicle.

You acknowledge that failure to comply with these requirements may result in the removal of your advert without refund.

5. OUR RIGHTS

We may remove or refuse to publish any advert that we believe:

• Breaches these Conditions.
• Is likely to mislead or deceive buyers.
• Contains offensive or inappropriate content.

We may also take down your advert if we suspect fraudulent activity or if we are required to do so by law.

6. LIABILITY

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services to you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Any loss or damage caused by inaccuracies in the advert provided by you.
• Loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue.
• Indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Nothing in these Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

7. GENERAL

These Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
